Devak Giga is the Managing Principal and Founder of Giga Capital, where he oversees acquisitions, asset management, and financial analysis across the company. He has facilitated over $200 million in commercial real estate transactions and has raised capital for other institutional sponsors nationwide. With extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, Devak brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Prior to founding Giga Capital, he worked at a Real Estate Private Equity firm in Houston. He also holds a bachelor’s in Economics and Finance from University of St. Thomas, Houston.
